SAFE SPACE
Unique telescopic side rails allow access to the patient and have three adjustable height positions. The extra low position of the side rail is under the mattress and every day routines become significantly easier for nurses. Ergonomic handrails make the release of siderails extremely safe. Autoregression ensures a constant safety gap between the backrest and head of the bed. Height adjustment extending to 250mm (580 – 830mm) ensures patient safety and allows nursing procedures to be performed ergonomically.
UNIQUE MODERN DESIGN
Clean lines, modern materials and fresh colours characterise the look of the Tom 2 bed. Transparent bed ends allow the child constant contact with their surroundings, parents and staff. Colour printed motifs on bed ends reflect the playful world of children.
ELECTRIC POSITIONING
Positioning of the Tom 2 is fully electric. Controls are used to adjust the bed height, tilt of the backrest and (Reverse-) Trendelenburg position. The “GO” button prevents any unwanted or accidental activation of the bed’s positioning as the bed cannot be positioned without its activation.
COLUMN CONSTRUCTION
The column construction makes it possible to adjust the height of the entire bed, ensures perfect stability, provides unrestricted access to all parts of the bed and makes it excellent to clean.
