We are thrilled to announce that Active Healthcare, the exclusive partner of Care of Sweden in New Zealand, has received the Pressure Care Mattress Award for our leading CuroCell IQ mattresses. The award was presented to our Managing Director, Mark Bishop, (pictured right centre) and Pressure Care Product Manager, Gus Thomas, (pictured left centre) during a recent visit to Australia as part of a Care of Sweden update.
“At Active Healthcare, we are dedicated to providing innovative solutions to the New Zealand healthcare sector. With the introduction of Gus Thomas to our team at the start of 2022, we have been able to deliver a very strong pressure care support offering to the market. We are proud to have created awareness for better pressure care solutions, and this award is a testament to our commitment to improving healthcare outcomes in New Zealand,” said Managing Director Mark Bishop.
The CuroCell IQ mattresses offer an intelligent method of pressure care that has helped many individuals, and Gus has been instrumental in promoting awareness of their benefits. As part of his efforts, Gus held a roadshow event series in 2022 that saw him present to healthcare centres across the country. This year Gus has a webinar education series planned to continue to share this preferred pressure mattress solution with our customers and partners.
We are honoured to partner with Care of Sweden, and we are committed to sharing their vision for a world without pressure injuries. Operating out of Sweden, Care of Sweden has carefully chosen a network of healthcare solution providers internationally. Our recent meeting with Australasian partners in Perth was an opportunity to discuss business, celebrate our success, and plan for the future. We are excited to share our learnings from this event as well as a new pressure care solution with you soon.
At Active Healthcare, we remain committed to improving healthcare outcomes for all New Zealanders. This award is a testament to our dedication to innovation, excellence, and superior patient care.
Congratulations again to Pressure Care Product Specialist Gus Thomas and the support of the Active Healthcare team for this significant achievement.
