Auckland Update

The Active Healthcare team hopes that you and your whānau are safe. 

Active Healthcare offices and distribution centres have not been affected by the Auckland weather events and have been assessed as safe to operate. However with a limited capacity to perform business in this environment, we are prioritising our orders on their urgency status to help those most in need. If you are expecting a delivery or an install this may impact your expected delivery time and our customer service team will be in touch to let you know or reschedule. 


Auckland is working at a reduced capacity due to road closures and the official advice to limit travel where possible. Active Healthcare is fortunate to provide a nationwide service which acts as a contingency for our business continuity in times like these. We also do not use external courier and shipping companies and manage the distribution personally to ensure the safe arrival of your products.


We expect to get back to normal as soon as possible, but with more rain in Auckland, please understand that there may be delays.
